Unit 2 is occupied by Daqua a water purification company.
Unit 3 is occupied by Kilted Campers a Campervan Hire Company.
All lease terms are generally flexible extending to 3 and 5 year leases. The passing rent equates to circa £7,200pa - £6.50 per sq.ft. Nominal rent free periods of 2 and 3 months covering the first years monthly rental payments and break clauses.
