Welcome to the Greenock Office of Allied Surveyors Scotland. We have been operating in Inverclyde, North Ayrshire and Argyll and Bute for over 35 years and are considered “your local property specialists”. We offer a complete range of property services including residential and commercial property valuations, home reports, energy reports, insurance reinstatement calculations, quantity surveying and project management.
The valuation section is run by our directors, Kenneth Noakes and Euan Mcdougall; both well respected in the local property scene. They have built up an unrivalled and comprehensive knowledge of the property market in the area. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a wide range of professional property related services with experienced local staff who are resident in the area and can offer a personal and timeous service to meet with your requirements.
The Building Consultancy section is run by our Director, Craig Hotchkiss who works closely with his colleagues in the Glasgow office. We have vast experience in every area of Quantity Surveying and Project Management with regard to the procurement, construction, refurbishment, repair, contract dispute or maintenance of commercial, industrial or residential property. The local staff all take a pride in the re-development of their area; assisting local Housing Associations to improve their housing stock, assisting Riverside Inverclyde with new commercial and leisure facilities and supporting local charities with construction of their new Community centres.
