Job Description
Allied Surveyors Scotland is one of Scotland’s largest and most progressive multidiscipline firms of Chartered Surveyors with 30 offices throughout Scotland and a wide range of blue chip private and public sector clients.
The success of our Commercial Property Department now presents an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified Graduate Surveyor to work closely with our commercial surveyors to build on that success and gain experience across a wide range of disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking commercial property viewings
- Dealing with property enquiries
- Preparing marketing particulars
- Assisting with surveying site visits and valuations
Requirements (i.e. relevant skills and experience)
- RICS accredited degree
- Driving license
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Competency with IT software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
We are prepared to offer the necessary training to achieve MRICS status.
