Len Marsh

Len is a career banker, joining the Bank of Scotland from school and qualifying as a Chartered Banker (MCIOBS) in 1990.  He has worked in project management, operational and client relationship roles for BoS/HBoS, RBS and Santander UK in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and London.  Len spent the last 20 years in banking, managing a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate & Trading clients across a variety of sectors, taking early retirement from the industry in 2020.

Whilst Len is not a chartered surveyor, he has strong experience lending against residential and commercial property assets through different stages of the economic cycle.  Len now manages the Allied Hub within Allied Surveyors Head Office in Glasgow, mainly dealing with our corporate client base comprising the main mortgage, bridging, and specialist lenders and panel managers.

Len is married with 2 daughters and lives in Glasgow.  In his spare time he enjoys music, travel, and good food.
