Our Commercial Director Gregor Hinks and his team offer straight talking, impartial advice based on 25 years working in the west central Scotland commercial property market. We have vast experience in Inheritance Tax Valuations, Rent Reviews, Acquisition advice, Investment advice, Rating and Agency for retail, office and industrial premises and can provide both Private and Bank Valuation Reports.
In the Building Consultancy department our team of Chartered Building Surveyors and business support staff, led by director Stewart Hamilton, has been working closely and successfully with both private and public sector clients, registered social landlords and factors for over 20 years.
We have extensive experience in every area of Building Surveying and Project Management with regard to the procurement, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of all property types from commercial to industrial, residential to ecclesiastical and where buildings have been affected by fire, flood or other insurable perils.
We also undertake Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations negotiations, Insurance Reinstatement Valuations and provide advice on Building Defects Diagnosis and repair. Our services also extend to the Expert Witness role where we assist Solicitors, providing advice on issues such as technical building matters and boundary disputes.
