Our Peebles Office

Welcome to our Peebles office where Kevin Hughes is the director in charge. He qualified in Edinburgh in 1990, came to work in our Peebles office in 1995 and has worked in the Scottish Borders ever since, having also spent a long period based in our Selkirk office.

In 2009 Kevin and his family finally made Peebles their home and his wife Laura now works with him as his secretary. Our Peebles office concentrates on Residential valuation, but also carries out Domestic Energy Assessments and have recently become an accredited Legionella Risk assessor. We work closely with Jim Harold, who runs the Selkirk office, enabling us to offer the best possible advice throughout the Borders. We believe in going the extra mile for our clients as evidenced recently. Kevin had been sent a set of keys for a rural property and upon arrival, was greeted by water cascading through the ceilings from a burst pipe. Kevin had an emergency plumber at the house within 10 minutes. No mean feat, given that he had been trying for six months to find a plumber to service his own boiler.
