Welcome to our Peebles office where Kevin Hughes is the director in charge. He qualified in Edinburgh in 1990, came to work in our Peebles office in 1995 and has worked in the Scottish Borders ever since having also spent a long period based in our Selkirk office.

In 2009, Kevin and his family finally made Peebles their home and his wife Laura now works with him as his secretary. Our Peebles office concentrates on Residential valuation but also carries out Domestic Energy Assessments. 

We work closely with Jim Harold and Ellie Henderson, who run our Selkirk office, enabling us to offer the best possible advice throughout the Borders.
