Welcome to the Aberdeen office of Allied Surveyors from which we cover a large area of North-east Scotland; from Montrose and Brechin in the south, extending through most of Aberdeenshire to Braemar, northwards to Banff and Portsoy on the coast and finally Peterhead and Fraserburgh in Buchan. We were established more than 25 years ago and are proud to boast the most experienced team of residential Chartered Surveyors in the area, including local directors Donald Murray, Gordon Gibb, Gordon Macdonald, Andrew Clouston and Nick Rose. 

Our extensive experience of providing valuation reports in every corner of the area has enabled us to build up a huge wealth of knowledge and historical data. As a result, in addition to providing up to date Home Reports, Valuations and other property related advice, we are able to draw on these comprehensive data archives to provide assistance on historical valuations when required.
