We have vast experience in every area of Building Surveying and can assist in Condition Surveys, Building defect identification and repair, Schedule of dilapidations, Schedule of Condition, refurbishment and repair to properties. We have a wealth of experience carrying out these surveys on commercial, industrial or residential property.
Quantity Surveying
Our extended family of Chartered Surveyors and support staff, led by director Craig Hotchkiss have been working successfully with both private and public sector clients and registered social landlords for over 20 years.
Project Management
Depending on the type of construction contract, we can offer the service of Project Manager, Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator to the Client.
