Welcome to the Quantity Surveying office of Allied.
Our extended family of Chartered Surveyors and support staff, led by director Craig Hotchkiss, has been working successfully with both private and public sector clients and registered social landlords for over 35 years.
Our head office is in Glasgow, however regional offices in Inverclyde and Inverness allow us to serve the Highland, Central and Borders region of Scotland.
We have vast experience in every area of Quantity Surveying and Project Management with regard to the procurement, construction, refurbishment, repair, contract dispute or maintenance of commercial, industrial or residential property. This experience is complemented by investment in the latest CATO software enabling electronic on-screen take off, accurate cost planning and quick production of Bills of Quantities.
