The residential property services we provide:

• Valuation Report

  A basic inspection of your property to ascertain the value. This could be for lending purposes, tax reasons, matrimonial, business or just general advice.

• Home Condition Report

  A detailed report on the condition of a property as well as a valuation. This would be the preferred report where the Home Report provided by a seller is considered unsuitable.

• Home Report

  This is a report required by law, that a seller must provide to potential purchasers. The report comprises a Single Survey (condition report) an Energy Report, a valuation report for mortgage purposes and a property questionnaire completed by the seller.

• Energy Report

  Also known as an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate). All residential properties which are rented or let require an EPC to comply with current legislation.
