Home Report Cost
Once we receive an instruction we contact the property owner or estate agent to arrange a time to can carry out the inspection. We will aim to have to the survey arranged for a time that best suits all parties and also as soon as possible in order for you to be able to go to the market without delay.
Following the inspection, the surveyor will explain about the process involves and what to expect. We will give detail as to what the draft will consist off, what will be mentioned in the report, advise of anything we think should be done prior to marketing and explain what they have to do.
We will have the draft report in for typing the following day and as soon as the draft has been approved by the owner and the property questionnaire completed we are in a position to finalise the report and marketing can commence.
