Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Residential Surveyor to join our busy Ayr office and contribute to a thriving team delivering high-quality residential surveying services across Ayrshire and the surrounding areas.

Requirements (i.e. relevant skills and experience)

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification

• Experience in residential work, including preparation of Home Reports, EPCs, and Mortgage Valuations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in all relevant IT packages required for the role
