Allied Surveyors Scotland short-listed as a Scottish Property Awards finalist

Allied Surveyors Scotland is pleased to confirm it has been nominated as a finalist in the prestigious Scottish Property Awards.

 The firm has been short-listed in the Retail and Leisure Agency Team of the Year category alongside Orinsen and Savills.

Entrants had to set out their key business activities and achievements as well as highlight transactional work and comment on financial performance.

It is the third year in succession that Allied has been selected as a finalist. Last year the firm were runners up to Ryden in the Industrial Agency Team of the Year category.

“The Scottish Property Awards showcases excellence across Scotland’s real estate industry so to see our name up there again is testament to the efforts of our commercial team,” said director of commercial agency (east), Iain Mercer.

A judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries which featured office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres, universities, hotels, and regeneration sites across the country.

“We’d like to congratulate all the other nominated finalists and we look forward to an exciting evening next February when hopefully we can go one step further.”

The awards ceremony will take place at the EICC in Edinburgh on Thursday 23rd  February 2023.
