What's Included in the Rent?
Rentals start from £287 plus VAT per month inclusive of: utilities, broadband, waste management, cleaning of the shared areas, internal property maintenance, building insurance and security.
External grounds maintenance will be charged separately to tenants during spring and summer.
Tenants are responsible for the cleaning of their own office.
Parking, EV Charging and Cycle Spaces

License Terms
