Rent

Rentals start from £320 per month and are inclusive of rent, utilities, security, cleaning, broadband/phone line, waste management, property maintenance and building insurance.

A security deposit equivalent to one month rent will be taken at the date of entry.

Vat

The property is opted for tax so VAT will be applicable to the rent.

Licence terms

The standard licence is for a minimum 12-months with an option for a rolling month-to-month term thereafter. 

Rateable value

According to the Scottish Assessor’s website (www.saa.gov.uk) the subjects have individual entries in the Valuation Roll. The uniform business rate for the current year is £0.49 pence in the pound. 

Occupiers may be eligible for 100% rates relief through the Small Business Bonus Scheme if the combined rateable value of all their business premises in Scotland is £35,000 or less.
