Spanning the first to third floors, our current availability includes the Edinburgh, Bidding, Charlotte, and Belmont Suites — available individually or in tailored combinations to meet a variety of team sizes and workspace needs.

Positioned side by side on the top floor, the Charlotte and Belmont Suites are available individually or as a flexible pairing. As the only two suites on this floor, they offer the opportunity to create a private, self-contained workspace — ideal for a team-and-director arrangement, or a main office with a dedicated breakout area.
