Allied Surveyors Scotland is one of Scotland’s largest and most progressive multidiscipline firms of Chartered Surveyors with 30 offices throughout Scotland and a wide range of blue chip private and public sector clients.

The development of our Scottish commercial team now presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and suitably qualified Surveyor to work closely with our Directors to build on that success in the North East of Scotland.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be:

Principally a valuation role, the successful candidate will be involved in servicing existing property valuation work and generating new business leads. They will provide a full range of valuation surveying services for all commercial property types together with land for a range of purposes to include, but not limited to, secured lending, taxation, pension funds and accounting.

Requirements (i.e. relevant skills and experience)

Qualified to MRICS level

Being able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Full UK driving license.
