Allied Surveyors Scotland’s Inverness commercial team secure investment sale
The commercial team in Allied Surveyors Scotland’s Inverness office is pleased to confirm the sale of 10 Ardross Street for £505,000.
Located on the fringe of Inverness city centre, the two and a half storey category B listed office building has been snapped up by a private investor.
The 4,195 sq ft property is fully let to a national professional services firm until 2025 at a rent of £40,800 per annum. The sale reflects a Net Initial Yield of 7.73%.
“Due to the attractive nature of the income from an established professional business, coupled with the lease term remaining, we received good levels of interest and were delighted to secure a positive outcome for our client,” said Allied Surveyors director, Andy Gray.
ASG Commercial acted as joint agent in the sale alongside Allied Surveyors.
Allied Surveyors Scotland is one of the country’s largest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 offices including 5 commercial centres in: Aberdeen, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.
In November, its Edinburgh commercial agency department relocated to larger premises in the city’s West Maitland Street.
Ends.
