The commercial agency team at Allied Surveyors Scotland in Inverness has concluded the off-market sale of approximately 30,000 sq ft of industrial space on Longman Road within the Longman Industrial Estate, Inverness.

Acting on behalf of a private client, the subjects, which were let to Arnold Clark on a long- term lease, were sold for a price of £3.2m.
