Allied Surveyors Scotland has been appointed to sell Bridgend & District Golf Club in West Lothian.

The 9-hole parkland course is in the village of Bridgend, just outside Linlithgow, and occupies approximately 38-acres with a clubhouse, car park and greenkeeper shed.

The course was completed in 1999 and was constructed on land which was formerly part of an oil shale mine.

“This is a rare chance to acquire a substantial piece of land in central Scotland,” commented Allied Surveyors’ director of commercial agency (east), Iain Mercer.

“It offers a range of leisure and development opportunities and is sure to attract keen interest.”

Offers over £625,000 are being invited.
