Simon Breeze

Simon joined Allied Surveyors in 2007 as a trainee surveyor, having completed a postgraduate property degree at Napier University. After qualifying to MRICS status, he worked in Edinburgh and West Lothian before taking the reins at the Haddington office to cover the East Lothian market in 2012.

Simon works in the residential sector and provides valuation advice, including Home Reports, to numerous clients throughout East Lothian and beyond. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and sits on the Senior Board of Management of Allied Surveyors.

Outside of working hours Simon is a big rugby fan and is a recent President of Stewart’s Melville Rugby Club. He likes to think he can play golf, but the reality is somewhat different.
