The residential property services we provide:
A basic inspection of your property to ascertain the value. This could be for lending purposes, tax reasons, matrimonial, business or just general advice.
A detailed report on the condition of a property as well as a valuation. This would be the preferred report where the Home Report provided by a seller is considered unsuitable.
This is a report required by law, that a seller must provide to potential purchasers. The report comprises a Single Survey (condition report) an Energy Report, a valuation report for mortgage purposes and a property questionnaire completed by the seller.
Also known as an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate). All residential properties which are rented or let require an EPC to comply with current legislation.
Remember, Allied Surveyors Scotland has 30 offices across Scotland and therefore knows your local market. All our surveyors are registered valuers and regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
