Allied Surveyors Scotland nominated for a Scottish Property Award
Allied Surveyors Scotland is pleased to confirm it has been nominated as a finalist at this year’s Scottish Property Awards.
The firm’s east coast commercial agency has been short-listed in the Business Resilience Award alongside Aristan Real Estate Investors, Halliday Fraser Munro, Lismore Real Estate Investors, Michael Laird Architects and PMP.
The category invited submissions from commercial property businesses who ‘managed to continue operations successfully throughout 2020 with an inspired and motived team’.
Entrants had to set out their key activities and achievements including ‘business response to the pandemic, work with staff and service to clients’ whilst also giving ‘evidence of a proactive approach to working with staff to achieve great results’.
“Our agency activities were impacted significantly during 2020 and we had to swiftly adapt our strategy and business plan to ensure client service was maintained and a transaction flow could continue,” commented director of commercial agency (east), Iain Mercer.
“We are delighted that the judges have recognised the efforts of our dedicated team in Edinburgh and we’d like to congratulate all the other nominated finalists.”
Due to the ongoing lockdown, the final will be held digitally on Thursday 25th March at 6.30pm.
