Promotions at Allied Surveyors Scotland
Allied Surveyors Scotland is delighted to announce the promotion of two of our residential surveyors, Ben Roddis and Stephen Cunningham, to the position of Associate Director.
Stephen, who joined Allied in 2017 and qualified as a surveyor in 2019, operates from our Glasgow South office in Shawlands. Covering key locations such as the south side of Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, Rutherglen, and Cambuslang, Stephen has consistently delivered high-quality work, earning recognition as a trusted expert in his field.
Ben joined Allied in 2020 as a graduate, progressing to qualify as a surveyor in 2022. Working from the Bearsden office, he has established a solid reputation across Bearsden, Milngavie, and nearby areas such as Strathblane, Killearn, and Drymen. His promotion recognises his professional accomplishments and dedication to delivering outstanding service to clients.
