Allied Surveyors Scotland is a nominated finalist at Scottish Property Awards 2025

 

 

Allied Surveyors Scotland is delighted to confirm it has been selected as a finalist at the Scottish Property Awards 2025.

It is the fifth year in succession the firm has been nominated – this time in the Office Agency Team of the Year category alongside JLL, Avison Young and Ryden.

The prestigious event, held at venues in alternate years between Edinburgh and Glasgow, showcases excellence across Scotland’s commercial property industry.

“The Scottish Property Awards highlights the accomplishments in public and commercial property, so to be nominated five years in a row underlines the consistent high quality work of our commercial teams across the country,” said Allied Surveyors Scotland’s head of commercial agency – Scotland Iain Mercer.

In their submissions, entrants had to set out their key business activities and achievements as well as highlight their proactive work to help clients and comment on their financial performance.

A judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries across 16 categories which featured office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres and regeneration sites across the country.

“We’d like to congratulate all the other nominated finalists and we look forward to an exciting evening next February,” added Mr Mercer.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Double Tree by Hilton in Glasgow on Thursday 20th February 2025.
