Allied Surveyors Serve up a Restaurant on Main Street
A new restaurant and café will open in Kirkliston’s Main Street following a deal struck by the east coast commercial agency of Allied Surveyors Scotland.
A 15-year lease has been agreed on the 1,800 sq ft property between landlord Devon Designs and an ‘experienced operator’ at a rental of £37,500 per annum.
“Despite the pandemic and challenges faced by the hospitality trade, it is refreshing to see restaurant businesses spotting opportunities and continuing to expand,” commented Iain Mercer, director of commercial agency (east) for Allied Surveyors Scotland.
